Student Financial Aid

Processing Times: The current processing time for paperwork, appeals, PLUS loans and alternative loans is 4 weeks and our response time for email inquiries is 5 to 10 business days.

Student Financial Aid, home of Bronco Express is located in Faunce Student Services. Drop-in hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon. Phone hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our staff is also available to assist you by email at finaid-info@ah-hah.com. Our adjusted hours are supporting the necessary time needed to improve our processing of documents for our students.

Services provided:
Student Financial Aid supports the recruitment, retention and degree completion of a dynamic and culturally diverse student body, in preparation for a lifetime of personal and professional success. Bronco Express assists students with transactions and questions related to financial aid, making payments, student accounts and general registration information.

With no appointment needed, students can apply for financial aid or pick up appropriate forms, check financial aid status, make payments on accounts and check account balances and receive clarification on charges.

SAP Appeal Deadline

September 18

If needed, Satisfactory Academic Progress appeals are due Oct. 1 to receive aid for the fall 2023 semester. Review our SAP standards for more information.

2024-25 FAFSA

April 5

The 2024-25 academic year FAFSA will be available to apply sometime in December with a Michigan priority deadline of May 1. This is a change from prior years. Be sure to be prepared and have 2022 tax information available. Almost everyone is eligible to receive some type of financial assistance.
